We didn't just build a better battery — we built a safer one from the cell up. Every layer of the system has redundancy, verification, and proof behind it.

Satellite-grade cells

Our Gen 2 and Gen 3 cells were originally designed for satellite and avionics applications. If a satellite fails, you can't drive to fix it — so the cells have to be exceptional.

Active BMS

Doesn't just monitor — actively manages. Keeps the battery between 20% and 80% for chemical longevity, and enforces safe operating temperatures in real time.

Cell-level fusing

Few e-bike batteries have individual cell-level protection. Ours does. A single failing cell can't cascade into a system failure.

Gas-sensing charger

Our chargers include a gas-sniffing sensor that detects electrolyte vapour at one part per million — an additional layer beyond standard safety redundancy.

Certification pathway

All components are already UL and CE certified. Full system-level certification is in progress for the complete FaZtBatt assembly.
