Ambassadors

Be first.
Be heard.
Ride with us.

We're building FaZtBatt with riders, not just for them. If you ride daily, deliver for a living, or love to tinker — there's a place for you in the early program.

Why join

Real product input — not a marketing list.

Our ambassadors help us test, iterate, and tell the story honestly. In return, you get early access, real influence, and a community of riders who care about the same things you do.

Early access

Test prototype hardware, use the FaZtApp before public release, and get first crack at the FaZtNet charging network.

Real influence

Your feedback goes straight to our engineering and product teams. We ship changes based on what ambassadors tell us.

Community

Join a private community of riders, mechanics, and creators across Boston, NY, and beyond. Share routes, tips, and honest takes.

Perks that matter

Priority pricing on launch hardware, FaZtNet subscription credits, and swag that's actually worth wearing.

Program tracks

Four ways to ride with us.

Pick the track that fits how you already move. You can always switch tracks later — or combine two if you're, say, a rider who also writes.

01

E-bike riders

For daily commuters & weekend riders

Ride a 48V e-bike? Install a FaZtBatt alongside your existing battery, test it on your real routes, and tell us what works and what doesn't. Your feedback shapes the final product.

  • Prototype loaner unit for 4–8 weeks
  • Structured feedback sessions (short calls)
  • First allocation on launch hardware
  • FaZtNet subscription credits
02

Delivery riders

For couriers, gig workers & shift riders

Your downtime is money. If you deliver on an e-bike and want to help build a battery designed around shift reality — not lab numbers — we want to hear everything.

  • Swap-friendly battery on your bike
  • FaZtNet priority charging at partner sites
  • Early subscription tier at reduced rate
  • Direct line to our fleet team
03

Product testers

For mechanics, tinkerers & technical riders

Love to open things up and see how they work? Join the technical testing track — structured tests, real data, and honest feedback that actually changes the product.

  • Access to prototype units & BMS tools
  • Structured test protocols & reporting
  • Direct collaboration with engineering
  • Named credit in release notes (optional)
04

Creators & storytellers

For content creators, writers & advocates

If you make content about urban mobility, sustainability, or city life — we'd love to work with you. Honest storytelling, no scripts, no branding straightjackets.

  • Early access for reviews & features
  • Behind-the-scenes access to the build
  • Co-created content opportunities
  • Revenue share on referral subscriptions
What we ask of you

Not a lot. But not nothing.

Ambassadors are the opposite of a "brand deal". We don't ask for scripted posts or fake enthusiasm. We ask for honesty, a bit of time, and a willingness to be a real part of the process.

  • Ride the product for real — not for show
  • Share structured feedback (1–2 hours per month)
  • Tell us when something doesn't work
  • Keep early details confidential until launch
"

The best ambassadors aren't the loudest voices. They're the ones who ride the most, notice the most, and say the thing we didn't want to hear.
