Common questions

Answers before you ask.

When can I buy a FaZtBatt?

We're currently in MVP and testing phase with a target launch for consumer sales in 2026. If you want early access — as a tester, partner, or investor — get in touch through the form and we'll add you to the right list.

Does FaZtBatt work on my existing e-bike?

FaZtBatt is designed to work on roughly 90% of 48V e-bikes and scooters via a standard XT60 parallel-kit connector. We're adding 36V compatibility shortly. If you're unsure about your specific bike, send us the model and we'll check.

How is the battery so much faster to charge?

Two things: we use 4C-capable cells originally developed for satellite and avionics applications, and we pair them with an active BMS that manages temperature and current in real time. Combined, they deliver a full charge in under 12 minutes without compromising safety or lifespan.

What does the subscription actually include?

The FaZtNet subscription starts at $12/month and unlocks access to the charging network at partner locations — cafés, shops, depots — plus the companion app features: real-time battery health, GPS recovery, and remote charge control.

Are you certified?

All components we source are already UL and CE certified. Full system-level certification is in progress and will be completed before consumer launch. We don't make certification claims we can't back with documentation.

Can I visit, test, or host a demo?

Yes — we run demos out of Boston and are looking for partner locations in NY and beyond. Cafés, bike shops, and fleet depots all make great FaZtNet hosts. Reach out and tell us what you have in mind.
